USC Allan Hancock Foundation Building

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Project Type: Private University

Description:

The USC-Allan Hancock Foundation Building is a three-story plus penthouse building with approximately 80,000 sq. ft.

facility located at the famous University of Southern California campus. S Y Lee Associates designed the MEP systems including plumbing upgrades to replace outdated systems with a new 16 HP gas-fired steam boiler with Autoclave pressure vessel system, water softener, blow-down tank, brine tank, and chemical feeder to serve the biological laboratories housed inside the building.

We have built a trusted relationship with USC, with engineers who have also worked on renovations for athletics complexes, labs, libraries, and apartments owned and operated by the university. Some of those projects are pictured below.
