The property, which is now known as the Mail Order District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is located next to the LA River, Metro link lines, freeways, and residential neighborhoods.
We provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Civil Engineering design services. Scope included the Design of a complete HVAC system, main electrical service upgrade and plumbing utilities for infrastructure of 90,000 sq. ft. of commercial, 250,000 sq. ft. office spaces and approximately 1,100 residential units.
