The Project consists of (81) units of multifamily housing in two separate buildings. Amenities includes an art gallery and gallery plaza, an art walk with artist studios and outdoor art display, a fitness studio, library, homework room, computer arts lab, dance studio, a clubhouse and clubhouse plaza, bicycle parking, and a bicycle repair shop
Each residential unit has individual heating and cooling controls, separate living, eating, sleeping, bathroom and cooking areas and private patios or balconies.
The Project’s common areas include a management office, public restrooms, entry lobby / lounge, and meeting room.
The three-story 64,970 square-foot apartment building is constructed on a 2.68 acre vacant lot and improves the consistency of the neighborhood by providing high-quality housing with strong supportive services for residents.
In addition to the supportive services, the apartment community features a series of arts amenities and classes to encourage engagement, interaction, and continued learning among residents including an art gallery, art walk with artist studios, and a gallery plaza.
