Mosaic Gardens at Westlake is a 125 unit affordable apartment building, consisting of 68 units for families, 1/2 of which are for the chronically homeless and 57 units for seniors, ½ of which are for homeless seniors in two separate towers on a common 3 story podium.
SYL was the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design Engineers for this new affordable housing project this project includes a Type IA subterranean parking garage over another subterranean level R-2 accessory, Title-24 compliance form, and electrical service to accommodate additional equipment.
This project is designed to meet LEED Gold Certified.
