The Medical Office Building for Citrus Valley Medical Center Inter Community Campus is located on 266-277 West College Street, Covina, CA 91723.
The project is a stand-alone structure with a single-story building(approx. 7,000 sf) consisting of six (6) exam rooms, two (2) x-ray rooms, two (2) storage rooms, six (6) restrooms, and two (2) dressing rooms.
It also embodies a waiting room, staff lounge, consulting room, laboratory, and a spacious parking lot for easy accessibility for drive up customers.
SYL provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil services for the new medical office building.
SYL designed mechanical system, HVAC equipment and air distribution for the HVAC system.
The lighting and power distribution design were also provided by SYL in addition to the fire detection, alarm, sprinkler, and security surveillance systems.
SYL also provided Grading & Drainage plans for construction documentation.
