Barranca Mixed-Use is a 100 Guest Room Hotel, 100 Residential Apartment Unit and Commercial Retail at ground floor located in the Cornfield Arroyo Specific Plan of Los Angeles.
The neighborhood more commonly known as Glendale Junction/Lincoln Heights is a newly developing community, and this project will spearhead what the city has laid out as the first project to be approved under the new specific plan.
This 210,000 square foot building had two above grade concrete floors of naturally ventilated garage with some common areas, retail space, and a few units.
Residential amenities include a pool and spa deck, gym, recreation rooms, and a courtyard that serves as the organization for surrounding hotel guest rooms.
