This project consists of shell planning and interior phase construction of the first Neiman Marcus retail store in the northwest. The $15 million project includes high-grade finish retail spaces, a high end restaurant and highly sophisticated MEP systems. These include a smoke evacuation system, hybrid air distribution system using power induced units and variable air volume boxes, fully automated energy management system with DDC controls and emergency generator backup power system.
The Bravern is the largest mixed use complex to be constructed in the rapidly changing area in downtown Bellevue consisting of retail shops, two office and condominium high rise towers. Neiman Marcus Bellevue is the primary anchor store among a cluster of other high end stores in the complex as well as housing individual vendor shops such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Brioni, Armani and Cartier.
Plenty of coordination between the various general contractors and construction managers were done simultaneously for the store to be completed on time.
