The Maxfield and Garment Lofts are a pair of high-rise mixed-use buildings in downtown LA's fashion district.

The two historic buildings, once offices for textile companies, were repurposed as high-end lofts while preserving the exterior visage in accordance with the Historic Preservation Office mandates.

Our engineering designs of the HVAC and electrical systems make the new lofts desirable and comfortable living spaces that attract tenants.
