Who We Are

Sang Y. Lee, P.E., CIPE

Sang Lee is a registered Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering and has been in the consulting mechanical engineering field since 1988. He became one of the Principals of Portillo & Weber, Inc. in 1994.

As a principal of S Y Lee Associates, Inc., he serves as chief designer, planner and manager of projects. Mr. Lee supervises work performance by his firm with special emphasis on design excellence, cost control and quality assurance. He has completed numerous projects including housing, nursing home, laboratories, hospitals, department stores, schools, libraries, fitness centers, and office buildings.

Mr. Lee is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.

Sothol Roeung, P.E.

Sothol Roeung is a registered Professional Engineer in Electrical Engineering with over ten years experience in electrical engineering, design, coordination and implementation for projects of all electrical systems for power distribution, lighting, control, fire alarm systems, security systems, communications and life safety systems.

Mr. Roeung has a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Northridge.
