Sang Y. Lee, P.E., CIPE

Sang Lee is a registered Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering and has been in the consulting mechanical engineering field since 1988. He became one of the Principals of Portillo & Weber, Inc. in 1994.

As a principal of S Y Lee Associates, Inc., he serves as chief designer, planner and manager of projects. Sang supervises work performance by his firm with special emphasis on design excellence, cost control and quality assurance. He has completed numerous projects including housing, nursing home, laboratories, hospitals, department stores, schools, libraries, fitness centers, and office buildings.

Mr. Lee is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers, as well as a member of American Society of Plumbing Engineers.

Sothol Roeung, P.E.

Sothol Roeung is a registered Professional Engineer in Electrical Engineering with experience in project design, coordination, and implementation of all electrical systems such as power distribution, lighting, control, fire alarm systems, security systems, communications and life safety systems.

His experience includes on-call projects from public sector, industrial, commercial, residential, and numerous educational institution projects. Mr. Roeung has also directed and reviewed work plans, supervised and coordinated projects with clients.

Mr. Roeung earned his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
